OUR FOUNDER

Myriam Santos

A licensed commercial real estate agent, experienced portfolio manager, and successful florist and event planner, Myriam Santos founded Bez & Oli to create spaces where people can gather in beauty and entertain with confidence.

Myriam completed professional education in commercial real estate development financing from NAIOP and received training in hotel underwriting, acquisitions, and asset management through the prestigious "She Has a Deal" incubator program. Myriam's strong research and analytical skills are supported by her bachelor's degree in psychology from UMass Boston.

Before her real estate career, Myriam spent five years as a Healthcare Research Grant and Finance Specialist at Mass General Brigham, where she managed portfolios exceeding $10 million. Prior to that, she owned and operated Myrlex Flowers, a professional florist and event planning business, for seven years.
